HarborAhead ("we," "us") is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist-only stage. This policy explains what we collect today, on this waitlist page, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Optionally, who you're supporting (e.g., "a parent," "a spouse")

We do not currently collect any health information, diagnosis details, or other personal data about the person you're caring for. That will change once the full product launches, at which point this policy will be updated to describe exactly what's collected and how it's protected.

How we use it

We use your information only to send occasional updates about HarborAhead's progress and to notify you when early access is available. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Waitlist submissions are currently processed through a third-party form service (FormSubmit) and delivered to our team's email. As the product develops, we will move to dedicated, secure infrastructure and update this policy accordingly.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at hello@harborahead.com.

Changes to this policy

As HarborAhead moves from waitlist to product, this policy will be substantially rewritten to reflect what data the product actually collects and how it's protected — particularly given the sensitive nature of caregiving and health-related information. We'll notify waitlist members when that happens.
